“Welcome to Paradise”, “My favourite beach since 1948″….. The quotes on the Paloma Beach website say it all!
The beautiful Paloma Beach (Plage Paloma) is set in the stunning surroundings of the Cap Ferrat peninsula between the towns of Villefranche-sur-Mer and Beaulieu-sur-Mer just east of Nice in the south of France. Paloma Beach has long been the beach club of choice for residents of this prestigious peninsula, where some of the most expensive properties in the world are located, as well as for residents of nearby Monaco and for the international jet-set who anchor their huge yachts on the French Riviera every summer! Paloma Beach may be pebbly, but the water is crystal clear on Cap Ferrat and the views over Beaulieu and the surrounding mountains are simply stunning!
Paloma Beach avoids the rather ostentatious displays of wealth on offer at some of the beach clubs in St Tropez, in favour of old school Riviera chic in keeping with the Cap Ferrat location. Certainly many of the guests at Paloma Beach are monied to say the least, but discretion is the name of the game at this family owned beach club that remains very much French in style. The elegant restaurant at Paloma Beach with exceedingly friendly staff serves all the south of France beach classics, grilled fresh fish, fabulous salads and of course, a wine list full of excellent Côte de Provence Rosé wines!
Paloma Beach is open daily from Easter to the end of September. The beach clubs has valet parking and you can arrive by car but the best way to arrive is without doubt by yacht! Paloma Beach operates a tender service to collect guests from their yachts and bring them to the beach. A sunbed at Paloma Beach costs €50 per person and the food and drinks are fairly priced for the location. All sorts of water sports are available to guests, including waterskiing and wake boarding. Paloma Beach is also open for dinner from May and the atmosphere at night, with the lights reflecting off the beautiful Mediterranean sea is just gorgeous! Paloma Beach is a very popular choice for weddings and events on the Côte d’Azur and they have a dedicated team ready to assist you in planning the event of your dreams at this fabulous beach club location. Paloma Beach is an essential stop on any yacht charter on the French Riviera.
